VIP INFORMATION

The VIP session takes place before doors open on the day of the show.

During soundcheck, guests may watch quietly without interrupting the process. After soundcheck, the band will join you for a relaxed chat, signing session and photo opportunity.

After the Meet & Greet has concluded, all VIP guests must leave the venue and wait outside until general doors open. VIP ticket holders will then receive priority entry approximately 10 minutes before the public.

Exact timing and meeting instructions will be sent via email within 24 hours prior to the show.

VIP merchandise is handed out on site and will not be shipped.

The VIP Upgrade does not include a concert ticket. A separate valid concert ticket must be purchased through the official ticket provider for the respective show.

IMPORTANT

The VIP package is organised on behalf of the band. The venue may not have information regarding VIP details. Please direct all VIP-related questions to the contact provided in your confirmation email.

Event details such as stage times, age restrictions, venue access, and general admission tickets must be clarified directly with the venue.

Mesh reserves the right to adjust VIP package contents if specific items become unavailable. Changes to individual merchandise items do not qualify for refunds.

All VIP package sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
